For agents

List your rooms where FUT students actually look.

Students watch your room video, see that you're verified, and message you on WhatsApp ready to inspect.

Why list here

  • Serious enquiries

Students have already watched the video before they message you.

  • A badge students trust

Get a Verified badge for your track record. Earn Trusted agent when past students confirm they rented through you.

  • Only FUT students

Rooms near Bosso and Gidan Kwano, shown to the people looking for them.

Cost: free at launch.

How to list

  1. 1

Message us on WhatsApp with your name and the areas you cover.

  2. 2

We look at your track record and reply on WhatsApp.

  3. 3

For each room, send a photo of the building from outside, a video of the room, and the price. We post it on FUT Homes.

Our one rule

I will never ask a student to pay before they have inspected the room.

And when a room is taken, message us straight away so students don't waste a trip. We'll also check in with you weekly.
